Qualifications of applicant:

• 5 years Heavy Equipment Service Technician experience; familiar with CAT, Deutz, JCB and Volvo engines and CAT ET Diagnostic Software/Deutz, JCB or Volvo Engine Diagnostic Software a plus
• Servicing Mining Equipment experience preferred but not required
• Live in the surrounding area of location hiring; El Paso, Mission or New Braunfels, TX
• Basic computer skills
• Owning tools required for performance of job
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this position
• Self-motivated & Leadership skills a plus
• Welding experience preferred but not required
• Physically able to perform all facets of mechanical and technical skills
• Pass a background & drug screen

Service Tech position job to include but not limited to the following: 

Service Tech / Mechanic 

• Customer service support – Responding to service calls and scheduling service calls with Service Coordinator
• Equipment rent ready – performing routine repairs for equipment’s performance and readiness for rental/sale
• Equipment vendor support
• Equipment washing
• Parts for repairs- coordinating with Service Coordinator to be ordered
• Service warranty on EQ & Parts – Assisting with documents required for Service Coordinator to file for warranty
• Service work order paperwork – documenting through completion of each service call

Job Summary

The Account Manager will sell IPE Aggregate line of products and act as an IPE Aggregate business representative in the marketplace. The Account Manager is also responsible for the profitability of their accounts.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers.
• Develop account sales that meet the market mix targets set by the Company.
• Compile market information to validate market mix targets, or suggest changes.
• Negotiate agreements with customers to attain the highest possible unit selling prices and profits.
• Manage customer expectations of the product ordering and delivery process, credit agreement and payment terms among others.
• Participate in sales meetings and other scheduled events.
• Update monthly sales forecast.
• Participate in the development of future project bids.
• Adhere to all IPE Aggregate requirements for pricing and quotations, vehicle and expense account management, and customer file management.
• Adhere to all IPE Aggregate and MSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds.
• Meet or exceed company safety standards.
• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Three years related sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in aggregate, asphalt industry and related products sales a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Computer literate and able to use existing systems and grow into company networked program of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• CRM experiences a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to details.
• Strong organizational skills with analytical/problem solving ability.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality and work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.

Working Conditions

• Continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme noise, and working outdoors.
• Must wear protective equipment while at the location.

Physical Requirements

• Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree.

Job Description:

• Pull, schedule and deliver all customer parts orders daily in a timely manner.
• Pull parts orders for walk-in customers in a timely manner.
• Receive all inbound shipments in a timely manner; verifying accuracy of shipment and schedule   delivery if ordered for immediate delivery to customer.
• Loads and unloads delivery trucks for the purpose of receiving stock and/or filling orders for transport.
• Drives vehicle (e.g., truck, forklift, etc.) for the purpose of transporting orders and materials to designated sites.
• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
• Complete all stock replenishment tasks in an accurate timely and supportive manner to ensure proper inventory status in parts warehouse.
• Maintain parts warehouse office and delivery truck for the purpose of maintaining a safe and sanitary work area.
• Maintain delivery vehicles (e.g., checking fluid levels, fueling, cleaning, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring
• Safe operation of vehicle.
• Oversee physical inventory counts; monthly and year end.
• Provide support to office personnel as needed.

• Must be able to lift 40# approximately 10 times a day.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
